The Exalted Ones...

For whosoever exalteth himself shall be humbled; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.

Luke 14:11

Many people today have lied to themselves... And they have fallen for their own lies. They think that in order to feel better about themselves, they have to put someone down. It's all about building themselves up with the crumbled results of their last victom. Many people find it as a sport; Put down the ones you don't like, so you assumingly gain popularity and new friendships with the one you do like. In other words, many people exalt themselves.

My message today is two words: It's wrong. Not only that, it's sinful. It offends GOD. I tell you, everyone who exalts themself looking for power, will be greatly humbled by the all-powerful, almighty GOD. Amen.

Now, if you seek power among others, and if you want to stand firm and stand strong in front of people (without sinning), here is my advice. Stop. Stop seeking power in this world. Stop seeking revenge. Stop seeking every material, every item... Stop seeking earthly things. The only thing you should be after is GOD, and pleasing GOD. This way you will truly be happy with what you have, and maybe, maybe GOD will bless you with some of the power you (use) to want. How about this:

Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Matthew 6:33

But when you get a good blessing... When you get anything that is good, make sure you praise GOD and thank HIM. Because everything that is good comes from GOD.

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father...

James 1:17

2 Corinthians 10:3-6

2 Corinthians 10:3-6

Never by afraid to put up a fight for what is right! Learn the law of the LORD, so you do not slip, and once you obey GOD perfectly, go out into the world and help others to obey HIM. If someone attacks GOD, go to that person and attack him or her with the truth!

If You Can Read This, Than You Can Read The Bible

Many Christians don't read the Bible because they say it is "boring." They probably say that because they have never spent more than five minutes looking at a page. I assure you, if you take the time to look through the Bible, you can find some amazing things. In fact, not knowing the word of GOD (the Bible) can make a Christian very easily perish. Did you know that the Bible says:

My people are destroyed from lack of knowledge...

Hosea 4:6

The word of GOD can save your life! It can also make you a much stronger Christian with a better relationship with GOD. That's why it is important to go to Church; To hear the word of GOD. However, a lot of people can't make it to Church. That's fine. But you have to read the Bible frequently!

I'm not saying that you have to read the Bible to get to heaven. Actually, it is impossible for a human to earn their way into heaven. It is only through their belief in CHRIST. I think the reason why a lot of people think they have to earn their way into heaven is because they don't read the Bible to hear differently. Yes, a lot of different things Christians believe today are kind of... strange. That's another good reason why you should read the Bible. So you don't fall into the lies of the enemy! If you don't read the Bible, you are a very easy target to Satan... and even those who try to bring Christians down for no reason.

Below, I have listed a few memorable verses about reading the Bible:

The word of the LORD is Sharper than any double-edged sword...

Hebrew 4:12

If you have read my blog, you should have heard this before. Your knowledge and understanding of the Bible can help you in hard times; When your faith is being tested. If you know GOD's word, you can use it as a weapon against lies that may be thrown at you.

Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path.

Psalm 119:105

This one follows what I have been saying. If you know the Bible, you won't trip over the lies of the enemy.

Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

2 Timothy 2:15
This one goes back to the I Am Who I Am 1 days! GOD likes it when you know what HE has to say. You will find messages from GOD in the Bible that will help you bring forth the kingdom of Heaven!

Great peace have they who love your law, and nothing can make them stumble.

Psalm 119:165

Another Biblical blow from David! Like I already said: GOD likes it when we know HIS word... and when HE is happy with us, HE tends to bless us more than when HE is angry with us... Understand?

The law of his God is in his heart; his feet do not slip.

Psalm 37:31

Another one from David! You won't slip over the lies of the enemy if you know GOD's word... it's a very GOD defense and offense! A lot of these verses are very similar. The writers of the Bible most have known what they were talking about!

I'm sure I could find many more verses about reading the Bible and how it's good... for you, but I think you get the point!

Remember Your Creator While Young

7 Light is sweet, and it pleases the eyes to see the sun.

9 Be happy, young man, while you are young, and let your heart give you joy in the days of your youth. Follow the ways of your heart and whatever your eyes see, but know that for all these things God will bring you to judgment.
10 So then, banish anxiety from your heart and cast off the troubles of your body, for youth and vigor are meaningless.

Time Is Ticking Away...

Do you know where you are headed when you die? You might think you have plenty of time to make your choice of living for JESUS or not, but if you really think about it, do you know exactly when your time is up? You might be in a perfectly safe condition, away from danger or medical problems, but you really could die any time. You could die today in a car crash or you could die while your house burns down... the possibilities are endless. And as soon as we die are fate is sealed. We have no control over life and death on this earth. Only GOD does. And the reason why Christians aren't worried about death is because they have already accepted JESUS as their savior. They have accepted life. So I dare you to chose now. Life or death?
